INTERVIEW WITH THE FOUNDER OF GANDOLFI

Where heritage becomes rarity, and luxury finds its italian soul

Founder:
Gandolfi was born from my personal story. I grew up in Imperia, among the olive groves of the Ligurian Riviera, in an environment where the land and its fruits set the rhythm of everyday life.

Later on, my professional training in the Principality of Monaco immersed me in an international context where luxury, elegance, and absolute quality are not just concepts, but a true cultural language.

From the meeting of deep roots and a cosmopolitan vision, the idea of creating something new was born.

Interviewer: What was the starting point?

Founder:
I asked myself: how can I enhance a product that is part of our daily life and transform it into an extraordinary experience?

This is how our extra virgin olive oil enriched with genuine 24-Carat gold was created.

We elevated an everyday product, turning it into a gesture of pleasure, beauty, and self-care. I didn’t want just a food product; I wanted a symbol of Italian excellence, an object capable of telling a story.

Interviewer: What makes this olive oil unique?

Founder:
Its dual essence: on one hand, Ligurian tradition, made of delicate harvesting and careful pressing; on the other, a contemporary interpretation of luxury, one that does not show off but enhances.

The 24-Carat gold is not a mere ornament: it is a statement of intent. It is a way to remind us that even what we consider ordinary can become special when treated with respect, creativity, and vision.

Interviewer: What do you wish to convey through the Gandolfi brand?

Founder:
I want to convey the value of Italian excellence through an everyday gesture.

For me, luxury is never ostentation: it is attention, dedication, conscious choice.

Gandolfi aims to be exactly that — an invitation to rediscover quality as a way of life. A bridge between my homeland and the world, between artisanal know-how and the international culture of beauty.

Interviewer: How do you see the future of the brand?

Founder:
I imagine it as a coherent journey, made up of a few products, all of them extraordinary. I am not interested in growing fast; I am interested in growing well.
